To protect against unknown and unexpected failure in appliances, plumbing, electrical failures, etc. it is highly recommended that you offer a Home Warranty Program to your Buyer, to give them peace of mind in buying a resale home and you peace of mind as well.

Mold Disclosure

If mold has been a problem and/or has been treated in a property it is required that a Seller disclose this information to any prospective Buyer. I will ask a Seller to complete a Mold Disclosure document at the time of listing a property for sale. Click the EPA seal for an information pamphlet.
