I have been associated with the real estate industry for over 25 years, and a sales professional throughout my career. I devote a lot of time to continuing education within the ever changing real estate industry, and utilize what I have learned to better serve my clients while searching for properties for them to buy, or listing their property for sale.

The NAR GRI professional designation is a lengthy course of study covering all facets of real estate for a well rounded knowledge base. The NAR SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) designation was created in the past couple of years to answer the need to educate real estate brokers who are assisting Sellers having financial challenges and may need to sell their home to avoid foreclosure, or whose property is not currently worth what they owe on the property, and negotiations with the lender are required.

The S.T.A.R. designation is a course of study from Oregon’s Earth Advantage Institute, giving me a better understanding of the options available to my clients desiring energy certified and built with sustainability in mind, or “green”, homes to buy or when considering options for a remodel.
